Items may be returned with 14 days of purchase (Ireland) and 28 days for (UK, Europe, Rest of World). Items must have tags still attached and returned in original packaging. A full refund of the original price and postage paid will be refunded within 7/10 days of receiving the package. Return postage must be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable. If you would prefer to exchange your item the cost of postage to send the exchanged item must be paid by the buyer, please contact customer service to organise the postage payment.

Any item that is soiled or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume, smoke, makeup etc or shows signs of being worn WILL NOT be refunded.
